Established for over ten years, Central Festival Phuket, located just outside of Phuket Town draws crowds of thousands. With a host of well-known branded shops, it is also home to many of Thailand’s top fashion labels. In addition, there are impressively stocked sports shops, electronic retailers and a myriad of mobile outlets that sell both new and used phones, laptops and tablets. These vendors also provide assistance with repairs.
In Patong, Jungceylon is another massive mall with shops, eateries and bars. Along the streets, you’ll find various stalls selling items that are perfect souvenirs or gifts. Be prepared to bargain to get the best deals.
Every town hosts a number of unique Thai fashion stores where you can grab a garment or few at a tidy price. You’ll find designs that you won’t see anywhere else while having a much more personal experience with friendly staff and the advantage of not being surrounded by hoards of hungry shoppers.
